Adam Altuve, President, CleanPower

Adam Altuve is President of Operations for CleanPower and Al’s Window Cleaning and Building Services.

Prior to working in the building services contractor industry, Adam spent twenty-one years in the truck rental and leasing industry. Adam brings a vast knowledge of service delivery and customer experience.

Adam holds a Degree from Purdue University in Industrial Distribution and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Mike’s career began in the building services industry in 1991 as an operations manager for CleanPower. In 2000 CleanPower became the first company acquired by Marsden and in the years since he’s held a number of positions in Operations in the Wisconsin and Illinois markets, arriving to his current role as Vice President of Operations.

In his 32 years with CleanPower, Mike developed expertise in delivering building services as an operational, project and portfolio management specialist. He brings years of experience in providing world-class service in the office, corporate HQ, property management, healthcare, distribution, education and manufacturing markets. Mike is passionate about his team, with a “take great care of your people and they will take great care of the customer” approach.

Garry Beuk, Vice President of Operations, North Central WI, Northeast WI, and Madison Areas, CleanPower

Garry has been in the Janitorial Services Industry since 2016. He started out as an Operations Manager overseeing 200+ client accounts.

With his strong customer focus and high-performing teams, he was promoted to Vice President of Operations in September of 2018.

He currently oversees 3 regions, carrying a book of business of 462 client accounts with an annual revenue of $11.2 Million.

Prior to coming to CleanPower, Garry spent 20+ years managing accounts in the retail industry.

Stephen L. Michael, Director of Field Support, CleanPower

DIRECTOR OF FIELD SUPPORT

Stephen Michael is our Director of Field Support for CleanPower. Stephen has been in the Building Services industry since 1979. From front-line work, certifications in floor and carpet care through BSCAI, managing large accounts, Becoming an operations manager, Specialty services manager, Equipment and safety trainer and his position today.

Prior to working in the building services industry, Stephen worked with his father in their family business and has a background in small engines and equipment repair. Over the past 40+ years Stephen’s knowledge and expertise on chemicals, equipment and training and his dedication to staying at the forefront of technology and innovative solutions have made him second to none. As the resident “MacGyver” he is the company’s go-to person for solving complex cleaning issues.

He has certifications in communication, leadership, problem-solving, and business management and has completed and holds the RBSM designation.

Michelle Ahlborn, Director of Special Services, CleanPower

DIRECTOR OF SPECIAL SERVICES

Michelle Ahlborn is Director of Special Services for CleanPower.

Michelle has been in the Janitorial Services industry since 2000. She started in the Janitorial Division as an Area Manager overseeing 35 janitorial accounts. Michelle’s exceptional customer service skills and thinking-outside-the-box approach helped her achieve great success in this role.

Currently, Michelle oversees all Special Services for the State of Wisconsin and Northern IL. The majority of her customer base comes from construction-based cleaning. Floor care, carpet cleaning, and many other facility maintenance needs are also services provided by her department.

Prior to working at CleanPower, she worked at Sun Cleaning Systems which was merged with CleanPower during the 2007 Marsden Acquisition.

Michelle is recognized for her knowledge of the industry and is known for being a strategist with a fair and ethical approach.

Benjamin Boswell, General Manager, Al’s Window Cleaning

Benjamin Boswell
GENERAL MANAGER, AL’S WINDOW CLEANING

Benjamin Boswell is the General Manager of Al’s Window Cleaning. Ben has been in the Window Cleaning industry since 2001. Responsible for overseeing the Operations and Sales with a customer base of over 4000 job sites in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan with a P&L responsibility in excess of $3M and employee base of 30.

Prior to working in the window cleaning industry, Ben spent several years as a retail sales manager for Best Buy as well as working for general contractors in the home remodeling, roofing, and landscaping industries. Ben brings vast customer service and sales experience as well as 2 decades of field experience in the window cleaning industry from storefronts to skyscrapers. Ben is recognized for his practical approach to business and is known for being a strategist with a fair and ethical approach centered around best safe practices and employee safety. He is often asked to give talks at BOMA meetings and other facility management organizations on job site safety and is asked to be part of the planning stages by architects during the building design process due to his notoriety and knowledge in the industry.

Ben holds several certifications with the IWCA (International Window Cleaning Association) as well as certificates in computer networking and database design.
