Mike Lafferty, President

Mike Lafferty is responsible for leading the customer service and operations teams overall. Mike joined CleanPower in 2015 with more than thirty years of service delivery experience with some well-known brands including Midwest Airlines, the National Hockey League, and the Milwaukee Wave.


Joseph Blough, VP of Business Development

Joe has been a part of the CleanPower team since 2016. He leads our business development team and focuses on developing customized solutions that match our clients’ needs. Joe works with our customers to identify their goals and needs and then creates a program to meet their requests.


Michael Stollenwerk, VP of Southeast Wisconsin and Northern Illinois Operations

Mike has worked in various operational capacities at CleanPower for over 30 years. During his tenure, he’s built a stable team of service professionals and problem-solvers who know how to deliver quality and consistency to their clients. Mike visits our Milwaukee metropolitan area jobsites to implement goals and ensure their fulfillment; conduct inspections; and direct and support the onsite staff. He has also helped to lead the effort to implement green cleaning practices in the field.


Garry Beuk, VP of Appleton, Green Bay, and Sheboygan Operations

Garry has been with CleanPower since 2016 and has more than 20 years of management experience. Garry focuses on developing leaders from within the organization and empowering them to reach their professional goals. Garry is committed to building strong teams of talented, experienced individuals.


Jana Rusk, VP of Human Resources and Administration

Jana has nearly 25 years of industry experience and over 20 years of experience as a human resource professional. Jana’s responsibilities include managing our safety programs and worker’s compensation.  Jana is a certified Senior Profession in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).


Michael Johnstone, Branch Manager – Milwaukee

Michael has been a manager at CleanPower for 20 years and has 24 years of management experience. Michael oversees CleanPower’s large accounts in the Waukesha and Milwaukee counties. Michael focuses his efforts on providing the best possible customer service and making certain that CleanPower’s goals are aligned with our customers’ goals. Michael is a Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM).


Patrice Malone, Director of Leadership Development

Patrice has 21 years of human resource experience. She ensures that CleanPower develops career path opportunities for our employees, working with individual employees to determine how they would like to grow in their careers with CleanPower. She leads training sessions to help employees develop management skills that include social skills, leadership skills, engagement skills, and communication skills. Patrice also oversees CleanPower’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.
