CleanPower’s operations management and human resources staff joined forces to launch an enhanced new employee Orientation and Training Class program. With the help of digital photography, Power Point presentations, laptop computers and video projection players, new cleaning staff members experience a more exciting, easy to understand training session.
Newly hired personnel learn more about the company – CleanPower’s history, mission, benefits, policies, and procedures – and the specifics of their job assignments– including building location, directions, duties, and account supervisors. Technical training consists of standard cleaning processes, safety requirements, quality assurance standards and customer expectations. Hands-on training utilizing our chemicals, supplies and equipments rounds out the 3 ½ hour training class.
