Responsibilities Expand for Bill Reinhard, Senior VP of Operations

Thursday, September 29, 2005

Bill Reinhard was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations in late 2004. The process to transition oversight of daily operations to Bill was completed in August of 2005. Bill is now responsible for daily operations for offices in Milwaukee, Racine, Sheboygan, Green Bay and Appleton. Jeffrey Packee, President, will continue to directly oversee our Madison office.

Bill can now focus his efforts completely on day-to-day operations, responding to our customers’ needs and helping our Management Team deliver the quality service our customers expect. This does not mean clients will experience any change in the Management Teams directly responsible for their facilities.

Bill’s extensive experience in all facets of operations is an invaluable resource to our managers and customers. Bill’s background includes over 20 years of management experience in building service contracting and healthcare facility services.

In 1983, Bill started his career with CleanPower cleaning a multi-tenant office building, supplementing his full-time position at Allis-Chalmers. He was promoted several times, later serving as Supervisor at a large downtown Milwaukee bank headquarters. A true career path success story, in 1985 he joined CleanPower full-time as an Area Manager and later as Operations Manager in Milwaukee. He helped start up our Madison branch before his career took him to another city with a health care services firm for 5 years. He returned to CleanPower in 1996 as our Branch Manager in the Fox Valley. Bill relocated to the Milwaukee area in 1998, holding the position of Central Branch Manager for the next six years.

Bill has excellent customer service skills as well as technical cleaning knowledge, holding the designation of Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM), and has certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC.) Bill spearheaded the development and implementation of our hand held, computerized Quality Assurance Inspections, and he continues to focus on innovation. He is also known for his keen ability to train and develop strong and successful Managers.

Bill received a Management Certificate from UW-Milwaukee, and has attended numerous training seminars from SC Johnson, HOST, Dale Carnegie, BSCAI, ISSA and IICRC. In his free time, Bill enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and six grandchildren.
