Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Due to the tremendous growth of their Specialty Services Division, CleanPower has signed a lease for that group to occupy 6,800 square feet at 125 N. 120th Street. After renovations, building highlights will include indoor parking for service vans and a training room with multiple flooring types for technical instruction. The new building will also provide logistical and warehousing efficiencies. Moving the warehouse and Specialty Services functions to the new building will allow expansion space for a new training/conference center and additional office areas in the existing corporate headquarters. CleanPower moved to their current location, 124 N. 121st Street, Milwaukee, in 1996 and has more than doubled in revenue since that time.
