Full-Time Cleaning and Specialty Services Most of our cleaning staff works part-time in late afternoon, evening or night shifts. We do employ full-time cleaning staff for some of our clients, who need this service due to the nature of their business. Work shifts for these positions vary around the clock, depending on our client's requirements. These employees spend their entire workday at our client's facilities, becoming the "face" of CleanPower. Very quickly, these employees begin to anticipate changing daily service needs, as they grow familiar with our customer's facility and their business. Our Specialty Services division recruits full time staff to become skilled technicians who are trained to provide the numerous specialty services we offer. CleanPower's Specialty Service Team members enter this career track because these jobs often have the most impact on a client's site and offer a constant variety of tasks at a different location each day. These professionals earn industry certification in hard surface floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, window tinting and other services.
