LEEDŽ Certification

The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Rating systemŽ is the United States Green Building Council's (USGBC) program dedicated to maintaining economically responsible, healthy and productive places to live and work. It is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings. The program provides the tools building owners and managers need to have an immediate and measurable impact on their building's performance.

The LEED-Existing Building (EB) program focuses on existing buildings' operations, and green gleaning is an important aspect of the plan. For these clients who are interested in meeting these performance standards, CleanPower can perform to the required level and provide the documentation to help earn over 30% of the 32 points required for LEED-EB base certification.
