Our Approach to Cleaning

Our approach to cleaning is a partnership and it starts with employee selection. An aggressive interviewing process allows us to hire the right people - who are suited for the type of work your facility requires. We are experts in part-time supplemental employment and it is evident in the quality of our workforce. We have discovered the right questions to ask of a candidate so we can determine who will succeed and remain with us long-term.

Our employment verification, reference and background checks are thorough and complete before any employee is placed in a work setting. Criminal background checks (state, city, county and municipal levels) are repeated annually on the anniversary of each employee's date of hire. We immediately screen Social Security identification through the Social Security Administration and complete INS I-9 forms upon hire.

CleanPower classroom training involves technical, orientation and hands-on material before a new employee reports to a job site. Training is continuous and mandatory. Those employees who are interested can take advantage of specialized training programs and advance their career. In keeping with CleanPower's commitment to recruiting and retaining a multi-cultural workforce our training materials are offered in languages other than English. To ensure safety for all, employees for whom English is a second language are trained to recognize critical information in English.
